Cancellation Policy
At CeLuna SkinCare, your appointment is carefully prepared in advance to provide an exceptional experience. Late changes affect both scheduling and your time to fully enjoy your service.
To respect your appointment, my schedule, and other clients, the following policies are in place:
48-Hour Notice Required
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, reschedules, or service modifications.
Changes made within 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointment Changes
Reducing or removing services from your appointment within 48 hours is considered a modification and will be subject to the 50% fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in an adjusted service to fit the remaining time. The full service cost will still apply.
Future Booking Requirements
Clients with a history of late cancellations or reschedules may be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve future appointments.
Guests & Children
To maintain a calm, uninterrupted experience, appointments are reserved for those receiving services.

COVID-19 Policies
While we cannot eliminate all possible risks inherent with public spaces and contact during services, our goal is to minimize possible risks and to provide for physical distancing. Beyond abiding by guidelines from the CDC, OSHA, CSP's as well as New Mexico State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologist hygiene practices, the following are also being implemented:
· We are limiting the number of people inside CeLuna SkinCare LLC; to include the service provider and the client.
· At this time, do not bring friends, children, etc. who are not receiving a service.
· Thoroughly cleaning with an EPA Registered Disinfectant.
· Refraining from handshakes, hugs, and other non-essential physical contact.
· Asking that you reschedule should you have any symptoms.
· The same courtesy will be extended if we are ill.
The latest advisories are being monitored continuously on the virus and additional measures will be taken as needed.
