Cancellation Policy

At CeLuna SkinCare LLC, we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. When a client cancels or modifies their appointment without giving enough notice, not only are they preventing another client from being seen, they are missing their beneficial services.

  • To avoid a cancellation fee, 48-hours’ notice is REQUIRED. This includes any changes or modifications.

  • Once you have booked an appointment, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or modify your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of your total service amount. You may also be required to pre-pay, in full, to schedule any future services.

  • 48 hours cancellation means that if your appointment starts at 1:30pm Thursday, it needs to be cancelled at or before 1:30pm Tuesday.

  • Clients who cancel and/or re-schedule often will be required to pre-pay, in full, to hold any future services.

  • Clients who arrive late for their appointments will have their service(s) adjusted to fit the remaining time. The full cost of the service will still apply.

  • Changes or modifications = if you have scheduled several services in one appointment and decide you no longer want to do one or more services, you will be responsible for half (50%) of those services, if you fail to provide 48-hours’ notice.

  • Same day NO-SHOWS and cancellations will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.

  • To ensure mine and your full attention, please do not bring anyone to your appointment who is not receiving a service. I love littles, but please reschedule your appointment if you do not arrange child care. Cancellation fees will apply.

Thank you for your understanding.

COVID-19 Policies

While we cannot eliminate all possible risks inherent with public spaces and contact during services, our goal is to minimize possible risks and to provide for physical distancing. Beyond abiding by guidelines from the CDC, OSHA, CSP's as well as New Mexico State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologist hygiene practices, the following are also being implemented:

· We are limiting the number of people inside CeLuna SkinCare LLC; to include the service provider and the client.

· At this time, do not bring friends, children, etc. who are not receiving a service.

· Thoroughly cleaning with an EPA Registered Disinfectant.

· Refraining from handshakes, hugs, and other non-essential physical contact.

· Asking that you reschedule should you have any symptoms.

· The same courtesy will be extended if we are ill.

The latest advisories are being monitored continuously on the virus and additional measures will be taken as needed.

Everyone’s health and safety come first.

Thank you, Celina Bronson- CeLuna SkinCare LLC
